You could despise tea but surely find an appreciation for the physical appearance of this blend. It is beautiful. The tea has plenty of golden tips, and it has larger leaves than many English breakfast teas. Do not be fooled by the larger leaves, though: this tea has a bold flavour and is the type of brew that will get you going in the morning. The aroma of the brewed tea is pronounced, and it has an extremely soothing finish upon tasting.
For me, the Assam is the more pronounced flavour. While Best Breakfast might scare off some English breakfast tea drinkers because of the cost, I would recommend having a bit on hand to treat yourself. I only recently tried Best Breakfast, and I find it the kind of refined breakfast tea that will keep me knocking on Postcard Teas door.
